Returns.
Not loving the size or look of one of your pieces? Contact me at threadsnthrills@gmail.com to decide whether we want to replace or just return the item(s). I’ll then give you my address for you to ship them back and you’ll receive a refund for the returned items (if necessary).
After receiving your box, you have 48 hours to try on the pieces and return whatever returns you may have (if any).
Shipments.
You’ll receive your personalized box within 2-3 weeks of purchasing! Shipping fees are all waived and are automatically added into the box payment at the beginning of the process.
Subscriptions.
Looking to get a personalized box monthly? We’re currently working on a subscription package! Email me for further inquiries.
